Server select problem

I got everything working but when I got to select a server it will just gray out the buttons and sit there but nothing will happen. Personal problem? I have no idea. Any input would help, thanks alot.

it could be a variety of problems, most likely there is a router problem somewhere between you and the server you want to play on. Try a server that has a lot of players on it.
