racial pvp teams would be the coolest.. i had 62 epic'd rogue on sullon and 54 ranger on rallos and a 45+ shaman in tallonzek so i know the good and bad of each server
no pking your teammates is a must, so you always feel safe at your hometown, also, if a dwarf attacks a wood elf in kelethin, the guards should help the elf.
you also need to be able to group with the other teams, or else the gnomes dwarfs and elfs of faydwer wont have to much fun,
exp loss from pk death is very important, or else it very qiuckly becomes apparent that if you have all your money banked, you can keep running out there and go pk crazy with no risk, it would be cool to see the exp loss like half the exp loss of a normal death, maybe even less
