Client Crash?!

Ok got a problem, i join a server and create new character after choosing my class/race i hit next and i get this!

Plz can someone help me with this because im kinder new to this Emu :(

Just to add... when i log in to my cousins account i can login in to the world but when i seem to create a character on either account i just get the above error and thrown back to the desktop :o
