EQ Admin type tool?

Hi all,
Was curious to know if there was plans to create a new EQ Admin type tool for the next official release of EQEmu? I was told that Windcatcher's old EQ Admin program was no longer supported and I'd love to be able to place my own mobs and such for many of the zones on my server. I plan on trying to make a custom server geared for smaller groups. I know it can all be done manually, but I kind of liked the idea of EQ Admin. It just seemed to make the process of populating and creating items, mobs, etc... Alot easier and less time consuming. If anyone has any info on a new project or if Windcatcher's program is still be worked on please let me know.
