i have a problem

when i want to log in the game show me this fuc*** message:

"Error : A timeout ocurred"

what can i do??

Having not much to go on, I have a few suggestions: Do you run from behind a router w/ firewall? Is your eqlsClient.ini showing the correct information to work with EQEmu? I'm sure there are other things that I could ask... and I may be way of base on this as well.
