He is targetable on live =P just need to position yourself in such a way that you can click on him, or if you use MQ that works too, and when he is targeted he has -40% life you just can't attack/cast on him, the problem wasn't preventing them from targeting/killing him on the emu, it was the bubble barrier preventing them from getting close enough to him while he is sleeping, on one of the non legit servers i remember walking down to him and the bubble was there, but wasn't preventing me from walking through it.. i think... hmm well that was the issue i was thinking about, but you also have to make him look dead, (hence the -40% life on live) this makes him look like he is "sleeping" i am not sure how exactly you would do this, i smell some special code .
