No, Cox (yes out of Atlanta) does not install or setup a router, not mine anyway. I have 2 routers, though the one (non-wireless) has routing turned off and is basically just acting as a switch.. The wireless router is actually suplying the internal IP's, which I set to 5.5.1.x myself (because it's faster and easier to type in, since I type them ALL the time) and I REALLY don't think any of my problems are arising from the fact that my IP's start with 5.5 instead of 192.168.

The models are:
Cable Modem - Linksys BEFCMU10v2
Wireless Router - Linksys BEFW11S4
Wired Router - Linksys BEFSR41

All purchased and setup by me, not Cox. So yes, I am capable of configuring any aspect of any of these devices. And though the one router (the one supplying the IP's) is wireless, my servers and clients are all hardwired into the switch ports (I just have the wireless for my laptop).
