The best tutorial EQ has ever had is the original one released with the game, IMO. A little outdated now, but it covers all the important stuff you'll be doing in game - fighting, casting spells, buying, selling, banking, talking to npc's, etc. Too bad Sony broke it.

If you want to get it to work, just install an old copy of EQ (anything before Luclin, i think) and do NOT patch EQ. Just run tutorial.exe
Other than that, I doubt you'll find too many EQEmu servers that bother recreating the tutorial, especially since its heavily scripted and would take a lot of time. I'm not even sure we can get those fancy mp3's to play.
