My question is if I log onto verant servers and run around inspecting people do the items data and so for get collected?

nope. u need to be able to see the item stats (either have the item, loot a mob, open a merchant)

Inspecting someoen isn't enough :( you have to see it in a merchant, trade, inventory, bank, or loot window to collect the items info. Just seing it in the window is enough, IE loot window you don't have to loot it, or look at the item stats.

Hit a bunch of merchants too, even if it's just long enough to pop the window open and close it (sends the full item list, dont have to indivudually click on each item)

Its amazing what people will see on the PROD servers.

once i have collected items how does one import it to the eqadmin tool?? and also if anyone has used the admin tool how do i load up maps cause i want to place spawns and stuff but the little map windows is always black.
