Although I don't know if it's possible to change the file, I think this post should deserve a bit more attention. It may be possible to manually add models as globals models now (new player races for example ... or illusions).

I know I really shouldn't bump this post but I feel that I must. Has anyone made any discoveries about this file and is anyone even trying to find out if this could be used to globaly load models(seeing as how it is named GlobalLoad.txt you would think that it was for just that.). I would test this out myself but recently the PSU in my eq computer fried and I have no way to test it.

I would leave it alone unless you got a sweet setup.
