No mob spawns, weird error msg's..

Hey guys! Just installed the latest version and I'm getting some weird errors.

In the World window I get:

I don't know what the Unknown opcode's are. any ideas?
I'm not getting any mobs at all. None are spawned. Are supposed to spawn them ourselves?

In my zone window, I get the same similiar errors..

Is my database not set up right? Again I can get into the game and make the characters, but there are no spawns in any zones.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated
