Default Can only log into some servers

I can log into some of the servers and not others. I have downloaded the latest patch, and use EQw to log into emu to play.

Also when I run EQ emu in normal mode, ie not in a window, it changes my eqhost file back to the one that sony has.

It's normal in-between full releases that you can only play some servers. The different versions and varying stability that follow a major Sony patch are either good or bad for you. Just play on servers that are working for you.

As for sony patching your eqhost.txt, I suggest you use the Search feature to find the answer. It's been answered hundreds of times, and exists in a guide somewhere... probably even the one in my signature.
