ZoneProxy-compatible EQEmu 0.5.3-DR2

Since people are having so many problems getting EQEmu working with ZoneProxy, I bit the bullet and made a version of EQEmu that works. If you go to this link you'll find a 4MB ZIP with full source and compiled binaries of the newest CVS version of EQEmu 0.5.3-DR2, with my ZoneProxy-compatible changes:

I tested it with my client and it absolutely works. To use it, make sure to follow the instructions in the stickied HOWTO post above step by step. I think the problem people were having is that I missed a small change that I made that wasn't bracketed by ZONEPROXY BEGIN...ZONEPROXY END comments (it is now).
