Name has been rejected

Iv'e looked at a couple posts about post-kunark race/class combos getting thier names rejecting, but im getting a rejection on every combo. I dont think i changed anything at all, (this morning i created a char just fine) but now when i log in the char that should be there is gon and any attemps at creating one results in a name rejection. this is what shows in World.exe

Name approval request for:PLaYer race:2 class:1
Error in ReserveName query 'INSERT into character_ SET account_id=6, name='name
hb', profile=NULL' #1016: Can't open file: 'character_.MYI'. (errno: 145)

not sure what to make of it, i have the latest CVS (at least im pretty sure i do) running 5.3 and all that good stuff.... i was logged in fine not 5 hours ago ... hmm

Well i found the problem, turns out i DIDNT have the latest binaries, i didnt realize the LATEST BINARIES topic had been updated, gonna give it a try now =P sorry

well it didnt work, still getting names rejected... any ideas?

Check your database and see if you have a character_ table. You may need to rebuild your database.

i checked an its there, no idea what could have caused the problem i didnt change anything with my db or my binaries, its like the problem just happened on its own ... im out of ideas

You might want to check if your character_ table is broken. A repair might fix it. If this is the case, you would get a message on the world server saying it got an error trying to access the table...
