Default confused(but ive made it this far)

after fighting all day ive managed to get a working functioning server and able to join it and others without a single question...yes im a noob(for now as i catch on fast)...
im a tad confused on how/why i have no items/npcs...im shure i need to patch/replace something (yes ive searched the forums repeatedly) but at this point and 8+ hours and only a 100% empty server to show for it i ask for a point in the right direction...idealy im looking for the closest thing to a "STOCK" live server as far as items/npc's are concerned

pretty shure i have to replace db.sql but thats as far as my brain is going atm

Click on the Advanced tab

Click on Environment Variables

Highlight the PATH row in the System Variables Frame

Click Edit below the row you have highlighted

The links to the working db's (of which there are only two being worked on to my knowledge) are in the worldbuilders forum. I think they are even a sticky.
