wtf i can never find where to get it when i need it. lol

It's in your eq directory. Just open it up and follow the guide here

Guide

If you can't find it in the directory, do a search for it.

Also, if for some reason it is missing, patch to live. That will place it in your eq folder. Then just change it according to the guide.
