EQEmu server problems

Most important issues I am having are character creation/deletion issues causing World.exe to crash.

I can only create certain characters for instance: a Barb War in Halas. Most other characters cause World.exe to crash. I cannot delete any characters, it causes World.exe to crash.

Also in the World.exe I notice alot of unknown opcodes being sent.

Let me know if you need any outputs, i have them saved on my system.
