I play on that custom-legit server.. Winter's Roar I think it is called, and I was just thinking it would be cool if the expansion races could start off in a different town, so people without the expansions could play Froglok lets say, but they couldn't go to the Ykesha Zones.... I don't know if that would be legal though, since I am pretty sure you would have to mess with the EQ files to change the coding or something... (I am new to the newer servers of EQEmu, I used to play awhile ago, just got back into it.....)
