Default Spells

I got a local server running, and when i cast spells on mobs, they have no effect. I am just starting as of yesterday, so probably havn't set something up but didn't see anything in the read me that related to that.

Not all spells work, Dots work (some?), Stuns, Some pet spells (no mage epic),Basic DD spells work, Most buffs work. but alot of spells are not working atm. try more spells

Stuns are fairly bugged :p

Necro and Mage non-epic pets work.
DD spells work.
Most DoT's work. They are bugged on players though.
Taps work. But bugged.
Buffs work in most cases.
Some debuffs work.
Stuns work though bugged.
Snares/roots work on players, not on NPC's.

Bind affinity doesn't seem to work properly either in eqemu ver 3.1.1 .... when I die I respawn back at the original bind point or in the coords room ...

It does work in ver 3.2 so it would be helpful if someone could post the relevant code (setbindpoint(), movetobindpoint(), ...) so I can check/modify it in version ....
