Lightbulb Ranger & Shadow Knight Mana Question

I am using the Eqemulator version 0.6.0 and the new PQ Velious Beta database. But when I play EQ the mana for Ranger and Shadow Knight is wrong, and when I summon the Shadow Knight's pet at level 9 it can cast spells and take on red con's.

Can someone please tell me is it the database which is wrong or the emulator for this?
