Miragul's Highway

Well guys, this is a question about Miragul in it. With the GM capabilities, has anyone asked Miragul about "Miragul's highway"? It was the original way for GM's to get around Norrath before they gave the warp ability to them. Supposedly they were GOING to release it to the normal people via a quest they never followed up on. There are a few sites online about it, but if what I know is true, just ask Miragul (with a high enough faction) about "Miragul's Highway" and he will give you the key allowing you to use the pots to teleport (that is, the special pots in places such as Neriak) (Neriak's foreign quarter pot supposedly takes you to the encampment in LFay).
