Default Stuck at: Logging in to the Sever. Please Wait...

Like the title says... and I updated my patch file like the bulletin say to do, but I didnt opped to pre DL the new expansion, should I, or should I not? I didnt know if that would screw eqemu up. But yea, I go to log in, and it just stays at teh Logging in to Server. Please Wait... and stays there, and the host I have in there is
[LoginServer]
Host=eqemulator.net:5994

try 5998 instead of 5994?

Ok cool that got me to the server select screen, but now im getting that damn 1017 error... and i just patched today @@ should i run all the advanced and pre download this new expantion pack?

try logging into the PEQ server. if yo ucan log in then you are on the 6.2 version only.

I wouldnt suggest download DoD as it is useless.

Ok I can get into the PEQ server, so what would I have to do to get into the other ones?

If they are 6.1 you can't. Just sit tight, 6.2 servers will pop up as the code matures.
