Question Server not showing up

I have been trying weeks to get my server to show up on the eqemu login server. I am using a microsoft router and the information in the wiki didnt help me. I port forwarded all eqemu ports but it still doesnt show up. Can someone who had the same problem but fixed it help me?

We can't provide Forwarding information for all router (But you understand).

If world.exe don't connect to loginserver, you can have 2 problems.
1- Router: You must have open all port for Eqemu (What ports have you open ?)
2- Config : Your config files is perhaps bad (Can you show your config file without your password of course ? and Log from this ?)

It was more easy to help with more informations

I'm not sure about some of the stuff you have there, but I know that the login server port shouldn't be 5997. It should be either 5998 for 6.1+ (I think) or 5994 for 6.0

For choose a login server it was easy, just read the WIKI : http://www.eqemulator.net/wiki/wikka...ka=LoginServer

5997 isn't good port for any eqemu version.
If you use version 0.6.0 you need to use 5994. Eqemu 0.6.1 to 0.6.6 use 5998.
But you must have a compatible client

A devs can say if i'm wrong, but all connection about zone are make in TCP and not UDP, if you can open also TCP port that can work better i think

The zone-to-world-server communication is TCP, but the EQ client uses UDP to communicate with the zoneservers. I'm not sure if they make a TCP connection to the zones as well.

Can you produce some log from you world.exe ?

It say : "Connected to loginserver: eqemulator.net:5998" or no ?
If it don't say that, you have a router problem.

My first thought would be to remove the router complety from the problem and then see if it works.
