fear spell

I am not a dev. but I am a faithful member of a server that is searching for the fear code. I have found out that Scars of nalgora have the spell fixed to where they mobs run like idiots again. Is this in the new eqemu code or is it something they found themselves. if it is something they found themselves could someone from scars post it for me. thank you.
