Default persistant zone status and grids 878

If you set persistanct zones on then someone enters a previously unoccupied zone, all the mobs in that zone are sitting still and have no grid assignments and will just sit there forever. a #wpinfo shows these mobs have no spawngroup assigned as well.

a #repop sets everything right, but then that defeats the purpose of a persistant zone.

I am not sure PersistentZone is meant to keep a dynamic, sleeping zone persistent. My understanding of it was if you shut down the zone, activities are "hibernated" until you restart the zone - not re-enter a running zone.

Make the zone Static if you want it to stay awake while you are not in it.

persistent zone is a mess and should not be used... im thinking of getting rid of it completely... it was hacked together a long time ago, and not maintained since then...
