Default GM Items

Does anyone have a list of all the GM Items that are in EverQuest? (ex. the oasis armor)

You could run a query in Mysql to to search items that have specifc requirements. I use navicate and there is a option in it to do this. Like you wanted everthing with Class = 3 or ReqLevel > 65. This might work, as I dont know anyone that may have a complete list of GM items.

Default SunsetHome Merchants

Heres what I figured out..go here:
http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/search.shtml?zone=467
Now..click on the merchants. Some of them have inventories with guide items. click on the guide items and in the browsers address bar will be the item number needed to summon.

Sorry to say so (I found out the "hard" way), but it is considered warez to ask for the Sunset Home files ... and the files are only given to GM's, so they are not a part of the client.

I know this is several months old, sorry for digging this up, but I was perusing the forums and I got to thinking. When I was a guide on live, we were told by the senior guides during training that we could only touch certain merchants (the ones that sell the guide gear). When we were given a tour of cshome during training, the senior guide pointed out a long line of NPC's on the wall inside the big room and told us never to right click or interact with them in any way, doing so would ban our regular accounts and we would be dismissed from the guide program. And yeah, everything we guides did was logged by the server and by ourselves ...so I never did have the balls to try it. Although, during my last day as a guide and in eqlive I seriously pondered zoning around the server, finding high level players and hitting /kill (on live that kills the target and leaves no corpse) and causing other mischief, such as /emoteworld, summoning people into odd places, even summoning people to cshome. AND I wanted to see what those NPC's did! Gawd that would have been a great way to end my eqlive days. Oh well, too little too late.

So, does anyone have any idea what those NPC's were for? We were told they were for the paid GM's, but that's all we were told. Anyway I noticed that in the PEQ database, they are also there in cshome, but don't serve any function. Just curious to see if anyone had any idea if they were merchants or what?

Regards,
Sonic

They're there, and some even have hail text associated with them in quest files for the zone. However, I sure don't know what their role was, and I don't know if we have either any former guides who were brave enough to find out, or any actual GMs lurking these forums. I'm plenty curious myself, though, to be sure.
