Winrar errors out with unexpected end of file

I've tried downloading it on 2 separate machines and one with a fresh installation of WinRAR 3.70 but it keeps coming down corrupted. I didn't have any problems getting the rest of the programs and files and have set up the server and it runs fine, but this program is bedeviling me.
