problem starting world...

hi im stuck at the last part on creating world. say when i press "Start.bat" and 2 window will appear.Whenever i press window 1 this will come up:

[WORLD__INIT] Log settings loaded from log.ini
[WORLD__INIT] CURRENT_WORLD_VERSION:EQEMu 0.7.0

[WORLD__INIT_ERR] Cannot continue without a database connection.

the second window is this:

LoginServer.ini read.
[Status] Loading opcodes..
Server mode: MiniLogin
Login server listening on port:5999

anything i might did wrong?
am new to this btw sry if its a noob question..

Check that you populated your configuration files with the database info. Post up the files if you need more help.
