Crash Between Login & Server Menu

Okay I have had to go through each step. Did a fresh install of Titanium this morning (no previous EQ existed on the computer.) I found that my widescreen display (1400x900res) was causing the initial eqgame.exe crash (before I could even get to the Terms&Agreement part.) So I cut down the Resolution and it let me get to the login screen.

From the Login Screen I had the timeout error, after looking through numerous threads and the wiki I was finally able to get past this one. Now i'm at my next problem. I put in my Username & PW and hit enter, it will briefly show the Patch Notes (something about a Halloween Event) and crash out from a eqgame.exe error.

What can I do to fix this? I have looked everywhere and I bought my copy of Titanium specifically for this (haven't played EQ since PoP released.)

Edit: Drivers, DirectX, etc all up to date.
