Default Looking for a file from an old user...

I am wondering if anyone has a number of ancient files Kaiyodo wrote involving the exporting of .wld geometry with texture information into 3DSMax. I would give anything for the script he wrote (ZoneImportMaxScript.zip) detailed in this old forum post: http://www.eqemulator.net/forums/showthread.php?t=2885.

Surely, someone must have this file archived. Let me know...

Thanks,
Wizzel

yeah...i asked him a while back and he said he didn't. I can't even begin to imagine the fun this file would bring. I managed to cut a section out of Grobb and export it into halo 2 as a capture the flag map. It was so much fun.

Well I guess since not many people have this file, I am wondering if anyone knows of a way to get a zone into 3dsmax textured as detailed in the first post in this thread.

Thank you,
Wizzel

I'm not sure if this will help or not, but I did a quick google search and came up with a URL with links to scripts that may do something similar.

Hope this helps

Yeah. I have that file. It exports POV scenes of zones including textures but without the import script, there is no way to get it into 3DS Max. Thanks anyway.
