I've been trying to get a server working for the past month and a half, and no luck.

I am following the rather out of date guide by Techguy, supplimenting instead newer databases like peq Yekesha. It should work, I assume, but it doesn't. If anyone knows that magic button to push, just let me know.

Check your DB for the launcher and launcher_zones table entries. This post explained it to me when I searched for "unknown launcher" in the EQEmu folders the first time I got it, also after following TechGuy's install.

In any case, searching is your friend.
