Error- A timeout occured

Hey guys, so recently i purchased a new laptop with vista on it and have been trying to get titanium on it ever since... Ive reDL'd titanium serveral times to make sure everything is correct, ive triple checked the host and target files but for whatever reason it will not allow me to see the server screen. As soon as i type in username/pw it says 'Error- A timeout occured'. After reading another post similar to this i tried disabling nortons and also my pcs firewall, unfortunetly that also did not work. Anyone know how i can fix this problem?

You have to store-buy Titanium, not download it - it will cost you around 20.00
