How do you add zones?

I just got the ::peqzone thing from the wiki, and was wondering how to add it? Any help?

what do you mean add zones?
if you mean to add a whole new zones that never existed in eq- then it is not posible.
You can only substitute. For example you can create a new zone with OpenZone software and replace some old zone with it.
