Default TSS Models in titanium install

I've been wondering for a while if it is possible to view the tss and tbs items in the titanium install?

As of now with the most recent EqEmu download, fresh titanium install, and PEQ database. When i summon a tss weapon that i would like to use, the inspect looks like a bunch of beads, all tho it does have the stats, when i equip the item, for instance Brumal's Fists of Whirling Sleet. It looks as if i am not holding any items.

I have a couple friends who are able to see the TSS weapons but their character and NPC models are some what shaded out. They can see weapons and spells, zone's and everything. And they can tell what everything is because it's outlined i guess, i haven't been able to see a screen shot yet. But if they can see the weapons and play on my server, it should be possible to make it work completely.

If you have to files for them and the items are in the database I dont see why you wouldnt be able to see the full graphic. But then Ive been away from the Emu scene for awhile so things might not work that easy.

Ya, you need the right files for them to work. But, I know that the eqgame.exe from Titanium is missing certain things to display zones past Titanium properly, so it might also cause issues with items if you have the newer files. I think it tries to render things differently with the newer files and that causes issues if the client version wasn't made to handle that type of rendering.

The icon used by those fists is 1878. The icons for items 1868 through 1903 are stored in dragitem39.tga (Right-Click & Save As), which isn't installed with Titanium out of the box. You can, however, copy them from a copy of Live, or just download them directly from the patch servers using the link above. If you want some more info about this, you can check it out here.

You should be able to take the same idea from above for the model files, but I'm not sure which ones they are. After taking a quick peek through my Titanium & Live directories, I think it may be all of the global*.s3d files, but I could be wrong. In any case, the ID file for the model is defined as IT11051.
