Create account error

This just started tonight, I don't recall changing anything in the account table.

Has anyone seen this before?

Edit: The field minilogin_ip in my accounts table has null as a default value, so I really don't understand this error.

You can delete this. I just reloaded everything. Maybe one day I will figure out how to backup mysql. Haha.
