can't buy spells from spell vendors

I'm having trouble buying spells from spell vendors in S. Qeynos on vztz. It's like they won't even acknowledge me, I right click them and nothing happens, just tells me they are indiferent what would you like your tombstone to say. tried on 2 diferent characters too.
