Co-Host of jackass is getting charged over a million dollars and 8 years in prison.. I didn't hear the whole thing but I know part of it was stapling his balls to his leg in a club.

BTW, he wasn't charged over $1 million, his bond was set at 1.12 million. BIG difference.

I'd rather be sued for $1 mil than be Jailed for 8 years..

You can file for bankruptcy, although it is lame and should NEVER BE ALLOWED imho.. but Jail, you're there until you're out..

I mis-read it, also. I thought he was FINED 1 million. Maybe punative damages for him being a celebrity? I don't know.

I then read it and found out that that was bail. I apologize for the confusion.

He'll probaly like jail. He's weird.

He has a very extreme personality. Either he's loved and revered or he is hated.
