Default Mailserver
If I want to get the mailserver working, do I copy all of the files from the mailserver folder in the source to my server folder? like database.cpp and that stuff?

See http://www.eqemulator.net/wiki/wikka.php?wakka=UCS which is a replacement for the mailserver and chatserver that also supports SoF clients.
