SoF Client questions

Ok, so I got my server running and everything looks great on the new client... except the new zones seem to be empty. I'm guessing that the PEQ database has old npc's and pathing in it?

Are there any other details I might be missing if I try to run with SoF? and are they explained in one easy to access area?
