Default /font & /fontface

I am trying to make a font change persist after I log off from EQ and can't seem to figure it out. I can successfully change the font by using /font or /fontface (is there any difference between these two commands?) or using the button in the Options window in-game but everytime I log back on the font goes back to the default font, Arial.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks!

Make sure that when you are logging out, you are using /camp and not /quit. Using /camp should save any changes you make, but I think /quit or /exit will revert any changes.

I have been camping out using /camp and the font change will save if I don't completely log out of EQ. But if I try to restart EQ the font will revert back to Arial. It even says the name of the modifed font in my .ini file.

Any ideas?

Figured it out (although not sure why I would need to manaually apply this fix int he first place)...

I had to edit the [Fonts] section in my UI_PlayerName_ServerName.ini from:

[Fonts]
Font.us.0=Verdana

to:

[Fonts]
Font.us.1=Verdana

After making this edit the change sticks.

Thanks for your help!
