Error people on my server get??

Anyone know of this error? Some people who try to play on my server have been experiencing this:

this error happen due to this: I created an NPC, who's lastname contained some "unsupported" character or maybe it was too long (?). I renamed the NPC, problem gone. I suggest you to check your recently created npcs and their names or any other attributes that might contan invalid characters.

lesson learend, I never copy/paste npc names ever again

I have a few custom NPCs with titles such as (General Supplies - Hail for pumice). I thought that could of been it... changed a few NPC titles, hopefully that was it! Thank you as always Lillu!

Last names can only be a max of 32 characters.
