Default neriak Snake quest.
http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=210 the following quest does not work. He gives you the bag you can collect them have them not stacked 3 fangs and 3 scales and when you click combine an error pops up saying "these items can not be combined in this container" I have tried reorganizing the items around in the container and selling all other fangs and skins on me other than those in it and it still does not let you combine them.
