Error upon launching start.bat

Hello, I know the topic has been discussed about 200 times in this forum, I have skimmed the answers and saw it helped the people posting their threads, but when I applied the solutions to my dilemma, it continues to have the issue. The error it shows is along the lines of

A couple of things to keep in mind before I post the login / host information is that I am trying to run a server that is based on my local area network, not needing to allow outside connections. Have tried multiple times to swap out the localhost with my current IP address to no avail. My eqhost.txt from the main EQ folder is as follows..

The * is for privacy issues obviously, however all of the IP addresses listed are all the same number, not sure if that has a bearing on the issue. I turned my firewall off thinking that may have been an issue, only thing I can deduce is the issue might be at the tcp connection area. Read that if it were showing the 127.0.0.1 in the error it meant there was still a >localhost< that needed the IP changed, but there were none I noticed. As I stated earlier, read through about 12 or so posts in great length that had this same issue, but none of the suggestions helped to remedy it for me, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What does your start.bat look like? Do you have some kind of pause command or are you echoing a prompt to allow World to load before launching Zone?

What I do is i just do the start.bat then i close the eqlancher window. When my world is loaded i start start.bat again. and it will start eqlancher only because world is loaded.

Deleted the folder of all the server downloads to start over via the guide at http://techguynky.com/Documents/Guide.pdf, but I made the start.bat accord to him, had to revamp it once, but the finished product was as follows..

Going to try to follow all of the guide again, one thing I didn't want to do that I may try is just to throw all these downloads directly into my main EQ folder with all those files, kind of wanted to keep them separated and just path everything that needs to be to the folder. Any help would be appreciated, hehe.
