Default Command to resync with login server?

Is there a way either in game or cmd prompt(Windows Server) to resync with the login server? Just would like an easy way when the "server down" bug comes up on the server listing without having to recycle the world.

There's a telnet command (lsreconnect) that someone added somewhere down the line.

Just need to have telnet installed, then telnet your server at port 9000 by default.

Should work fine.

Sorry for asking something that might be trival, but do I have to provide any parameters with lsreconnect?
It says manual reconnect is done successfully but this wont resolve the issue that eqemu portal showing the server being down.
