I can join alright, but others?

Hi there, Ive set up EQ Emu on my dedicated server.
Ive installed Titanium, logged in/create charachter and it all worked perfectly.

Ive noticed on my remote desktop that about 20 people have created charachters but failled to log into the server.
I have 6 dynamic zones booted up.

Its called [LEGIT] Balsca's new world X5 xp

Any ideas or somone that could try loggin in?
