Default Help with changing EQHost.txt

When I go in to change EQHost.txt, I get the message (from Notebook I think) "make sure that the path and file namre are correct" and it will not change to EQemulator.
What am I doing wrong?

You are running Vista, right?

This is a very common issue with Windows 7/Vista. A quick 2 second search of the forums (for the word 'Vista') reveals this post from just a couple weeks ago:

Thanks. I would have searched "Vista" if I had known that that was the problem. I searched everywhere that I could think of but I don't always know where to look or what to ask.
I changed the permission and got to make the proper changes.
