Remembering: All spells on any class

Returning after a rather extended absence. A few years ago, there was a server that had all spells enabled for all spellcasting classes, with the restriction that you had to wait until the highest level that any class got that spell, if it wasn't in your baseline (SKs get Feign at 30, so everyone except Necro's got it at 30, etc). I loved that server, but can't remember its name, nor have I been able to locate it.

Anyone know if it or its Devs are still around?
