Zones and target zones....

I know eqs /loc uses yxz and eqemus #loc xyz to start with =)

I am using EQEmu Admin Tool 2.8 and the zone safe locs are in xyz but the zones and target zones seems to be in yxz? can anyone confirm this or is it just the admin tool that puts them in the wrong order?

Ive been messing around with the locs and the safe locs are the only ones that seem to work so when you zone in from another zone you end up god knows where =)
