Your xml files are incompatible

I get this message whenever I get into the game now in red lettering in my chat box: "Your xml files are incompatible with current Everquest files, certain windows may not perform correctly. Use "/loadskin Default 1" to load everquest default skin".

I have tried to use the "/loadskin Default 1" command about 3-4 times, and it still says the same thing every time I log into the game. Also I have never changed the in-game "skins" from what they were about 2 weeks ago upon first install. Did not notice this message until yesterday, and I am sure it was not there before.

I know about not patching my client after changing to the EQemu servers, perhaps I shouldn't be trying to "load" any skins using this command in the first place? I just don't know. Should I just ignore this notification? It doesn't seem to affect my gameplay, was just wondering....
