Where to buy Everquest Titanium

I was wondering where do some one buy a copy of Everquest Titanium if they live up in Canada. I tried Amazon.com but no one ships to Canada so I tried Amazon.ca for a Canadian but the only copy being sold is going for 102 dollars but I want to spend at least 30 for a copy of Titanium. I try Ebay.com but no one is shipping to Canada so I tried ebay.ca and no copy being sold. So I really don't want to buy the copy for 102 dollars from Amazon.ca So any other good site to try for some one living up in Canada to try to get hold of Everquest Titanium copy?
